The main equipment of CNG refueling station consists of compressor unit, metering device, gas purification dryer, gas storage device, inflation sequence control panel, refueling column, gas vending machine, etc. According to their different functions, they can be divided into three types: standard stations, refueling mother stations, and refueling sub stations.

The CNG standard station takes gas directly from the gas pipeline network, undergoes a series of processes such as pre-treatment system, compression, and storage, and then adds gas to the car through a gas vending machine.

In addition to having the function of a standard station, the CNG refueling mother station also charges compressed natural gas into high-pressure gas transport semi-trailers through refueling columns located inside the station, and transports it to the refueling sub station for car refueling. At the same time, as an effective supplement to pipeline gas transportation, in small and medium-sized cities far from natural gas pipelines, semi-trailers can be used to transport compressed natural gas by road to the cities where it is used. After pressure regulation, it enters the gas official website and supplies gas to residential and other natural gas users.

The CNG refueling station is built in an area where the natural gas official website has not yet arrived. It receives compressed natural gas transported by semi-trailers from the refueling mother station, and through storage, compression and other processes, it directly adds gas to cars through gas vending machines.

Structure of natural gas compressor:

The natural gas compressor is a reciprocating piston type. It can be divided into two categories: basic and non basic, and the entire machine is mainly composed of a fixed part and a moving part. The fixed part consists of parts such as the body, middle body, cylinder head, cylinder, and cylinder seat. The motion part is composed of crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, piston, air valve and other parts, and is equipped with pipeline and instrument control system. The system compressor is equipped with a purification device, which can provide users with purified high-pressure natural gas. This device can be made into bare mounted fixed type, pry mounted type, or soundproof cabin type.
