Construction mode of the hydrogenation station
Construction mode of the hydrogenation station
The existing hydrogenation station technology comes from the natural gas filling station, and there are two construction methods:
1) Hydrogen production, hydrogen supply and hydrogenation station technology in the station;
2) External hydrogen supply and hydrogenation station technology.
In-station hydrogen hydrogenation station technology: derived from the principle of natural gas pipeline network, that is, there are hydrogen production equipment (such as natural gas reforming hydrogen production) to produce hydrogen gas (equivalent to the gas source transported by natural gas pipeline) and filling station equipment.
External hydrogen supply and hydrogenation station technology: it comes from the principle of natural gas parent station and sub-station, that is, the external gas filling is completed from the external plant (equivalent to the parent station) through the secondary pressure of the hydrogenation station (sub-station).
The hydrogenation stations in most countries in the world use the in-station hydrogen production and hydrogenation station technology, but the hydrogen production equipment is different. This way of building a single station is more complex and more expensive than gas stations, and it is more difficult to be as simple, more efficient and more popular as gas stations.
