How to choose oil-free gas compressor
Q: Our compressor model identification means
A GWW, G is high pressure, W means the nose is W, and W is oil-free
GSW ,The G stands for high-pressure, S means S-type host,
OW,O for oxygen, W for oil-free
GOW,G represents high pressure, O represents oxygen, and W represents oil-free
CW, C representsCO2,Wrepresents oil-free
HV,H for hydrogen, V for V -type host
Q :How to choose a single oil-free gas compressor suitable for their own working conditions
A 1.First, determine your working gas medium, if it is a single component, please tell us the purity of the gas, whether there is water vapor and hydrogen sulfide, if there will have a serious impact on the subsequent stable operation of the compressor, if it is a mixed gas, please tell us the composition combination of each gas.
2.The second step, to determine the intake pressure, the general intake pressure is by bar, kPa, Mpa, please indicate is the surface pressure or absolute pressure, absolute pressure = gauge pressure + 1 bar, if the intake pressure is a range, please also mark the fluctuation range.
3.The third step is to determine the use pressure. Considering the pipe pressure drop, the exhaust pressure of the compressor is slightly greater than the use pressure you require. For example, the use pressure is 100 bar, and the exhaust pressure of the compressor is 105 bar.
4.The fourth step, determine the compressor flow you need, this generally according to the use flow, generally use CFH, or N M3/HR, S M3/HR to identify, it is important to note that some customers used to M3/HR, NM3 with M3, M3 is the working flow, NM 3 is the standard condition of compressor flow, if there is no special instructions we are NM 3 flow
4.Does the compressor work indoors or outdoors? What is the ambient temperature? Is there cooling water?
5.What is the customer's local three-phase voltage frequency? For example, 380V 50HZ / 3 phase, or 460 V 60 HZ / 3
6.Is the compressor load going to work eight hours a day, or 15 hours a day, or 24 hours a day?
7.Whether there are other special requirements, such as whether PLC control, whether the compressor signals need to be far transmitted to the central control room, our standard control mode is the traditional switch instrument control, without PLC control
