Description
The PET air compressor is the main body in the air blower of the blow molding machine. It is a device that converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover (usually an electric motor) into gas pressure energy. It is a special blower for compressed air. Air pressure generating device. The working principle of the volumetric compressor is to compress the volume of gas, so that the density of gas molecules per unit volume is increased to increase the pressure of compressed air; the working principle of the screw compressor is twin-screw compression, so that the gas is in the cavity of the twin-screw compressor. The kinetic energy is converted into the pressure energy of the gas, thereby increasing the pressure of the compressed air. The centrifugal compressor uses the impeller to rotate at a high speed to convert the gas into gas kinetic energy under high-speed centrifugal conditions, thereby providing compressed air pressure.
