The vertical acetylene piston compressor produced by our company is a vertical, double row, three stage differential piston water cooled structure. It is driven by explosion-proof motor, through the gear reducer, and then directly driven by the cross coupling. The axes of all cylinders are arranged vertically.
Acetylene piston compressor has a small footprint, good base force, the deformation of machine operation is not constrained. Vertical series compressors have the advantages of compact structure, smooth operation, safe use, etc., widely used in acetylene, factories, chemical, metallurgy and other industrial sectors. Major component in a typical compressor is cylinder
Gas is compressed in the cylinder, most compressor type use double-acting cylinder. A cylinder's maximum allowable working pressure should be rated are least 10% greater than the design discharge pressure. Wear compatibility is a criterion for selecting cylinder materials. There are casting type and forged type. For oxygen ,ammonia,co2 include water , cylinder is made of stainless steel, which will ensure the outlet gas clean. water cooled for acetylene cylinder, cooled water can remove the heat which is beneficial to the performance and reliability of the compressor.
