Working principle of oil reciprocating piston compressor:
The reciprocating piston compressor with oil is driven by an electric motor through a V-belt to rotate the shaft, and then driven by a connecting rod to produce reciprocating motion of the piston, which changes the volume of the piston chamber composed of the air valve, piston, and cylinder, achieving the purpose of compressing air. Compressed air is further compressed by an intercooler and finally enters a storage tank. The main reason for the presence of engine oil in the exhaust gas of a piston air compressor is that the piston rings are severely worn, and the lubricating oil in the crankcase (which may have been added too much) runs out. At this time, the efficiency of the air compressor is also very low.
If the gas volume is sufficient for use, check if too much oil has been added: then install a high-quality oil-water separator. The reciprocating piston air compressor plays an extremely important role in the flexible packaging plastic industry. For example, when making bags, use it on a punching machine for air punching holes; When printing plastic, some people also use it on the cylinder to lift and lower the offset pressure roller. The reciprocating piston compressor has excellent performance, with advantages such as low noise, low fuel consumption, and low specific power. However, in production, it is prone to faults such as reduced displacement, high exhaust temperature, high oil temperature, knocking sound, piston jamming or biting.
Working principle of oil free reciprocating piston compressor:
The oil-free air compressor belongs to the micro reciprocating piston compressor, which is driven by a single axis motor with a symmetrical distributed crank rocker mechanical structure. The main moving pair is the piston ring, and the auxiliary moving pair is an aluminum alloy cylindrical surface. The moving pairs are self-lubricating with the piston ring without adding any lubricant. The compressor causes periodic changes in the volume of the cylindrical cylinder through the reciprocating motion of the crank rocker, and there are two opposite changes in the cylinder volume after one cycle of motor operation. When the positive direction is the direction of cylinder volume expansion, the cylinder volume is vacuum, and atmospheric pressure is greater than the pressure inside the cylinder. Air enters the cylinder through the vitality valve, and this is the suction process; When the opposite direction is the direction of volume reduction, the gas entering the cylinder is compressed, and the pressure inside the volume rapidly increases. When it is greater than atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve is opened, and this is the exhaust process. The structural arrangement of single axis dual cylinder ensures that the gas flow rate of the compressor is twice that of a single cylinder at a constant rated speed, and effectively solves the vibration noise generated by the single cylinder compressor, resulting in a more compact overall structure. Oil free and oil containing compressors are selected based on the user's usage environment or process requirements. Oil free compressors have lower operating costs and almost no process pollution, while oil containing compressors can contaminate the compression medium.
