The double tower structure can work continuously and continuously output clean and dry gas.
The first step of the drying tower is equipped with a high-efficiency gas-liquid separator. It can effectively filter and separate free liquid (solid) particles entrained in the inlet gas.
The primary tower outlet is equipped with a primary dust filter. With a filtration accuracy of 1 μm, it can effectively remove secondary pollution caused by the detachment of the adsorbent powder during the drying process.
A pressure gauge and a thermometer are placed on the drying tower housing to visually indicate working conditions such as working pressure and regeneration temperature. The upper and lower heads of the casing are provided with a feeding port and a discharge opening for convenient replacement of the adsorbent.
Multi-point temperature sensor monitoring accurately displays and controls the heater outlet, regeneration gas outlet, and cooler outlet temperature. The control parameters are input to the PLC central processor for processing, and the regenerative system is controlled according to a prescribed program. C N G control system

Environmental monitoring:

Gas storage system
