Resolution method: The diaphragm compressor is equipped with a diaphragm rupture detection system. If the discharge valve releases steam, the gas end diaphragm breaks; if the oil is released, it means that the oil end diaphragm breaks; if the release gas contains oil, both sides are cracked.
Treatment method: replace the diaphragm compressor strictly according to the requirements; if the cylinder sleeve is loose, repair and fix.
The cylinder head sounds too loud
The diaphragm compressor operates very quietly normally, but sometimes (especially after maintenance) the cylinder hair produces a large metal material percussion sound.
Root cause: the pressure limit valve is in the open position, or the pressure limit valve torsion spring is too loose, or the diaphragm compressor compensation pump work is not normal operation. The consumption of the pressure limit valve under the first two conditions exceeds the compensation amount of the compensation pump, resulting in a relatively large residual gap and interior space of the hydraulic cylinder.
